Busy Bee

I have been so crazy busy lately! I'm sure the rest of you feel the same way with school,  jobs, and for some of you kids. It's always the little stuff too that just adds onto it like laundry, dishes, and all those other house hold duties.

For me, it's been graduation. I feel like there are so many things I have to fill out and complete this last month and I'm so worried I'm going to miss something! So, I plan and list, list and plan. I think I would lose my mind if I ever lost my planner!

I like to highlight the class assignments I've finished. Don't you just love the feeling of marking off things you've completed?!

Oh, hey another list. (post-its really are my best friend)

And I always mark my spot!

Is there anything you do to stay organized and on top of things?

Have a fabulous Friday!

Get On It, Emily!

I need y'all's help.

I've been trying to get in a good workout routine, but have no idea what a good schedule for working out would be (if that makes any sense haha). I know that you can't keep doing the same thing everyday, so I want to switch it up and not just keep running on ellipticals and treadmills. Do y'all have any suggestions of a good workout routine I can switch between everyday of the week?

Our little apartment gym has: ellipticals, treadmills, hand weights, a mat, a ball, and a weight lifting machine. So if y'all can work with that, I'd be very grateful!

Also, I don't want anyone to think that this is about losing weight. I am very happy with my size and if anything I want to gain some weight in muscle!

I know as women we all have body image issues and I've had a couple friends deal with eating disorders so this is very important to me. I don't want this to turn into a soapbox speech, but I have learned that probably the biggest addiction women deal with is food, whether it's over eating when we're stressed or bored, or just not eating at all. Like I said, not going to turn this post into a soapbox speech haha, but just remember that each and everyone one of you is beautifully and wonderfully made! Seriously. Don't let anyone tell or make you think otherwise.

Have a wonderful Wednesday!

DIY Coasters

I tend to bring coffee or other drinks into my room when I study and I realized that my poor desk and nightstand kept getting icky ring stains. My roommate gave me some Chili's coasters and they worked fine, but they weren't cute and they didn't match my room at all. Not okay.

So, as always, pinterest solved my minor dilemma. Homemade coasters.

(here's mine!)

What You Need:
tiles
napkins or tissues
felt
mod podge
clear sealant spray (optional)

Directions:
Take napkin or tissue and cut to fit the size of tile (I bought decorative tissues at Michael's in one of the dollar bins). Mod podge tile and place tissue or napkin on top. I went from top to bottom and slowly pressed down. Allow that to dry, then place a layer of mod podge on top.  Spray on sealant (I say its optional because the mod podge does the exact same thing, so you don't really need it). Let that dry. Cut a piece of felt to fit tile and glue on the bottom. Tah dah! Cute coasters that match my room!

Oh! and I saw The Hunger Games this weekend and it was ah-mazing! I am so happy with how they were able to describe everything without changing what happens in the book. Not disappointed at all!

Have a great Tuesday!

Happy Birthday Roomie!

Tonight I'm celebrating Katie's 23rd birthday! We're going to Ichiban, then downtown for some much needed fun. I'm so blessed to have such a sweet and wonderful roommate, and I pray that each and everyone of you can find a roommate who you can confide in and live well with. I just love her to pieces and could brag about her in a whole post! (but I won't because I don't want to bore y'all haha)

On another note, tomorrow I'm finally going to go see the Hunger Games! I can't even tell y'all how excited I am!

Have any of you seen it already? Did it live up to the hype and more importantly did it stay true to the book?

Hope y'all have a blessed Saturday!

I Got Sunshine...

Sweet Kelsey at Just Another Blonde Princess and Jessica at Sweet Simplicity both decided to pass on the Sunshine Blog award to me!  You should definitely check out their blogs. They are both absolutely precious and great blogging friends. I know you'll love them as much as I do!

Favorite color?
Pink, green, yellow, and blue.

Favorite number?
9. I don't know why, but it's always brought me good luck.

Favorite non-alcoholic drink?
Sweet tea! I always make sure I have a pitcher in the fridge.

Facebook or Twitter?
Well, I don't have a Twitter (I know, I know *gasp*), but I'm not a big fan of Facebook and only really get on it if I need to contact someone. I'm more of a Pinterest kind of girl.

My passion?
Geez. There are so many things that I am passionate about. The obvious are my friends, family, and my sorority, Sigma Kappa. But I'm also a big supporter and am very passionate about St. Jude Research Children's hospital (all there care is for free. No child is ever turned away because they can't pay), Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Awareness (a few girls in my sorority moms have been diagnosed with the disease), Mercy Ministries (they help women in all cases), and Invisible Children (Kony 2012!). Whew, told ya there was a lot!

Favorite animal?
Dogs and horses, hands down.

Getting or giving presents?
Both? I love getting new stuff, but at the end of the day it's still just stuff. Giving just brings a greater joy that lasts so much longer :)

Favorite flower?
Peonies and hydrangeas. So pretty!

Here are the five I pass the award to:

Hope y'all have a great Friday!

Breakfast Quinoa

Yesterday, Mrs. Jill over at A Charmed Life shared this recipe from Martha Stewart and I knew that I just had to try it! (if any of you haven't checked out her blog, do! She just put up beautiful pictures from her rehearsal dinner and she is gorgeous! here's her link: http://jillandwillscharmedlife.blogspot.com/)

I made it today with some left over quinoa I had and it was SO good! Plus, it's packed with healthy super foods. Definitely will make again. Quinoa (it's pronounced kee-wa) is a small grain that has more protein than any other grain or bean. You can usually find it Whole Food's, Trader Joe's, and other like market places.

Ingredients
- 2 cups whole or low-fat milk, plus more for serving
-1 cup quinoa, rinsed
- 3 tablespoons light-brown sugar, plus more for serving
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon, plus more for serving
- 1 cup (1/2 pint) fresh blueberries, plus more for serving

Directions
Bring milk to a boil in a small saucepan. Add quinoa, and return to a boil. Reduce heat to low, and simmer, covered, until three-quarters of the milk has been absorbed, about 15 minutes.

Stir in sugar and cinnamon. Cook, covered, until almost all the milk has been absorbed, about 8 minutes. Stir in blueberries, and cook for 30 seconds. Serve with additional milk, sugar, cinnamon, and blueberries.

Hope y'all like it as much as I did!

Aloha!

Ok, I'm not really going to Hawaii or any other exotic place, but I'm craving for a beach or some place tropical! This weather has been so beautiful and sunny it just puts me in the laying out mood, but since I still have just one more month of school left (ahhhhh!) I got to push through it and stay confined in my room writing papers and studying.

So, I thought I'd bring a piece of paradise to me! Here are some things I got to remind me of the beach.

Coconut Lime Verbena Wallflower
This is by far my favorite spring/summer scent for my room. It's sweet yet light, and most importantly smells clean. If you don't own a wallflower from Bath and Body Works, I'd highly recommend buying one. They make your whole house smell good no matter what scent you choose!

Vita Coco coconut water with pineapple
This stuff is so yummy and refreshing! I feel like I'm laying on a beach in Mexico every time I drink it. I love the taste of pineapple as well because it makes it sweet without you feeling like you've just drank a whole bunch of corn syrup.

Last, but not least, my little Palm tree in my room.
This little tree just puts me in a good mood. I chose a palm tree because what else is more tropical? If you want one for your house, you can find them pretty cheap at Lowe's  (I would research the kind you buy because certain types of indoor plants are poisonous to children and animals)

I bought the pot at Marshall's for $16.99, which is actually cheaper than some of the less pretty pots they sell at Wal-mart, so just look around at stores like Old Time Pottery, Home Goods, TJ Maxx, and Marshall's to find one that you like for a decent price.

Hope this helps y'all with creating a little oasis of your own!

Monogrammed Dish

I saw this idea for a DIY monogramed dish at Belle in the City's blog awhile ago and just fell in love with it! Here's the link if you want to check her's out!
http://werejustlikeyouonlyprettier.blogspot.com/search/label/diy/

I decided to make my own and thought I'd share how it turned out. I made mine slightly different from hers. Instead of using just paint, I used a piece of scrapbook paper and painted my monogram on it then mod podged away (mod podge really is a crafter's dream!) I also used a small appetizer plate I found at Wal-mart for real cheap.

I used gold paint as well because it matched my bathroom decor better. (it looks a tad bit green in this picture, but looks more gold in person I promise)

Now, I don't have to worry about my earrings or rings rolling down the sink when I take them off to take a shower or wash my face!

Have a wonderful Monday!

Baby Lips

I'm being a bad student and am skipping my only class today. I have up to three absences, so I decided to use up one of mine today on account that I haven't driven back yet (oops, what can I say. I'm ready to graduate and move back to Nashville haha) I'm really not the kind of person who misses class. In fact, this is the only class I've skipped this semester, so don't judge haha :)

Instead of driving back, I took a trip to Wal-mart to buy my favorite St. Ives Apricot Scrub (I've been using it since High School) and to buy this lip balm I've seen blow up in the blogging world, Maybelline's Baby Lips tinted lip balm.

I bought Peach Kiss because it seemed like a pretty natural color.

Here are my thoughts on it. Immediately after I put it on, my lips felt silky and soft. It also left a very nice natural sheen that was very pretty. This one smells peachy, but it doesn't really taste like anything. It also has SPF in it so it will be great for pool and beach days. It says I should see my lips looking healthier in a few days so I'll have to keep you posted on that.

They are kind of hard to find because they do sell out quickly and they also wear off fast like most lip balms when you eat, drink, or anything like that. But, overall, I think I will buy it again.  And for $2.97, why not?

Have any of you tried Maybelline's Baby Lips? Is there another color I should try? Let me know what ya  think :)

Class Up Your Glass

I've mentioned this before, but I'm a HUGE TJ Maxx and Marshall's shopper. I thought I'd share a few of my most recent purchases with you because I thought they were such great deals!

I bought two sets of 4 of Lenox Crystal wine glasses (one with stems, one without) for.....$11.00!!! They were originally $70! A glass alone cost $15. Ummmm SOLD!

Then I saw these!

Bow tie wine charms. How stinkin' cute are these? I'm a sucker for bows and would put them on everything if I could. The box even said "class up your glass." precious.

Here's the green bow on one of my new glasses. Now, I can drink my wine in style :)

Hope y'all have a great Sunday!

Happy St. Patrick's Day!

Happy St. Patrick's Day!

I'm only a wee bit Irish, but that doesn't mean I'm not going to celebrate the holiday. I'm thinking about going downtown to a pub or something like that haha who knows. But I also found these cute printables online that I thought were fun.

Be Different, Act Normal blog has a ton of great St. Patty's day printables. Here's the link:

She also has goodie bag printables, cupcake printables, and cards. Definitely a site worth looking at if anyone is planning a party tonight.

Well, I better go change into something green before I get pinched!

Have a fabulous and safe St. Patrick's Day!

Pork with Lemon Dill Sauce

Dear Publix,
Thank you for being so AMAZING.

Tonight I went over to my dad's house and instead of going out to eat I suggested that we stay in and cook dinner together. We made a trip to our local Publix, having no clue what we wanted to cook that night, and low and behold the Apron Counter had a sample and a recipe card beside it.

If any of you aren't familiar with this, Publix puts together yummy recipes that are easy for people to recreate at home. Of course, there is one item on the list that you can only get at Publix (in this recipe it was the Lemon Dill Sauce, which was delicious!)

I thought I'd share the recipe with y'all because it was so good!

Pork with Lemon Dill Sauce

Ingredients
1 pork tenderloin (about 1 lb)
4 slices bacon
4 toothpicks
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup lemon dill sauce, divided

Prep

  • Preheat oven to 425°F.
  • Cut tenderloin into four equal pieces.
Steps
  1. Wrap each piece of the pork with a slice of bacon, then secure ends of bacon with toothpicks; season with salt and pepper (wash hands). Place pork on baking sheet and top each with 1 tablespoon lemon dill sauce.
  2. Bake 15–20 minutes or until pork is 145°F (for medium). Top each with 1 tablespoon (or more) remaining lemon dill sauce. Let stand 2–3 minutes before serving. Remove toothpicks and serve.

See, easy peasy. They also give you the nutritional information at the bottom of the card! How awesome is that?

If you want to see more recipes by them, here's the link:

Alright, I'll stop bragging on Publix haha.

Hope y'all have a happy Friday! :)

Birthday Right Ahead

Is anyone else as excited about this as I am? I literally screamed when I saw the preview the first time. (don't worry, I was alone in my room haha)

Today, my friend Olivia asked what I wanted to do for my birthday. This year my birthday falls on the Thursday before Good Friday and Easter, so I'm thinking something low key the day of, and then going all out and celebrating the week after. Well, what do you ya know. The people in the movie business decided to put one of my favorite movies back on the big screen in 3D the day before my birthday!

What a perfect birthday present right? I'm thinking dinner with close friends then off to sail the Titanic with Leo. Sounds like a great low key birthday to me!

Have a wonderful Thursday!

Scruba Dub Moe's in the Tub

Splish, Splash I gave Moe a bath.

I told y'all I would tell you my little dog's story so here it is (with her bath pictures in between because she's so adorable). Four years ago during the summer, my mom wanted to drive around and look at some houses in the downtown Nashville area.

MOE-fasa

While we were driving, we passed a fast food place called Fat Moe's and my mom went on and on about how they had the best chocolate milkshakes, so of course, we stopped to pick two up. While we sat in the car by the drive-thru window, I spot this little black dog trying to eat an old piece of pizza next to a busy street. I was so worried that she would get hit by a car and I could tell by her matted fur and how skinny she was that she was either a stray or she was lost from her owner.

Before my mom knew it, I was out of the car and got on my knees to call her over. I didn't want to go up to her because I didn't want to scare her into the street and I didn't know if she had rabies. She looked down at the pizza, then at me, then back at the pizza. I'm happy to say she chose me over the old piece of pizza. I scooped her up in my arms and got back into the car.

She was covered in fleas, but was the sweetest little dog. When we got home, it was straight to the tub for her, followed by eating some cooked rice and egg (rice is good for the dog's digestive system and we had no clue what she ate on the streets). I was already becoming attached to her and our other dog, well he just fell in love with her.

We went to the humane society to see if she was microchipped and put out the word that we had found a dog just in case she belonged to anyone. No one ever claimed her, so the rest is history. Her name Moe comes from the place where we found her, get it?

My other dog is from a breeder (and I love him to death), but I will stand by this, rescued dogs make great dogs. There is a different sense of loyalty and they just seem more grateful to you. So, if any of you are thinking about getting a dog or cat, try the humane society first. There are so many wonderful animals out there looking for homes and wanting to love on you. As the slogan goes, "don't shop, ADOPT!"

Have a great Wednesday!

Wedding Guest 101

Can't say I didn't see it coming, but Ben chose Courtney. Yeah. I know. I don't want to talk about it.

So, change of subject. I've been wanting to post on this for awhile now, because 1.) I've been going to quite a few weddings lately (the one I talked about in my last post and another one coming up in April!) and 2.) I've noticed that me and my friends have had some trouble knowing the do's and don't's about wedding etiquette. Some of these rules are obvious and others not so much.

1. Don't wear white. It's the bride's day, not yours. Unless it's a black and white wedding this can be okay, but I would still choose something else. (wedding attire is a whole different post entirely haha)

2. This is the rule I've seen most of my friends not know. It's whether or not you should bring a date. This is how it goes, if your invitation is addressed to you and says "and guest" you can bring a date, if not don't bring one. I wouldn't ask the bride or groom if you can bring one either, because quite honestly this can put them in an awkward position. No one wants to say, "sorry, you can't because we don't have enough food" or "there is only so much seating" ect. ect. The same rule applies to families, if it says "and family" you can bring the kiddos. (I really only know this rule because I addressed my friend Lizzy's wedding invitations haha)

3. RSVP ASAP. This just makes wedding planning a whole lot easier for everyone.

4. Send a gift whether you plan on attending or not. Also, even if you attend a bridal shower, you still need to buy another gift for the wedding. You do have up to a year after the wedding to send a gift. I would suggest having it delivered rather than bringing it to the wedding, that way it keeps someone from the wedding party having to worry about how to get it home.

5. If you get any gifts monogrammed for the couple, the bride's first name initial goes first, the last name initial in the middle, and the groom's first name initial last.

6. Don't take pictures during the ceremony. Leave that to the professionals.

7. Stand when you're told to stand, usually notified in the program or by the pastor, if not, just follow the lead of those around you.

8. At the reception, don't eat and run. That's just plain rude. At least try and stay for the cutting of the cake.

9. I know, you're a great dancer. But don't start dancing before the couple's first dance. It's their day, not your time to show off your awesome dance moves.

10. This goes without saying, but be on your BEST behavior. No one wants to see you stumbling around because you've drank too much champagne or see you making out in the corner with one of the groomsmen. Stay classy and drink in moderation. You can still have a great time and celebrate the couple's big day without looking like a complete fool.

Any rules you can think of that I've missed? I'm in no way a wedding pro (I've only been a bridesmaid twice... I'm working on 27 haha jk jk), but if you have any questions I'd be happy to give my best shot in answering them!

Hope you had a wonderful Monday!

11 Questions

First off, sorry I haven't posted anything in two days! I drove back home on Friday and yesterday I went to one of my sweet friend's, who I've known since kindergarten, wedding yesterday (I'll blog about that later haha).

Sweet Chelsea over at As Chelsea Sees It tagged me in a little question game. I'm so excited, because as all of you know I'm new to the blogging world and can't believe that anyone is even remotely interested in my crazy life.
Here are the game rules:
-Post these rules
-Post a photo and 11 random things about you
-Create 11 more questions for the people you tag
- Contact those you choose to let them know they've been tagged

(this is me and my fur child Moe. I'll post about her later and why she is named Moe. I love this little dog so much!)

[1] What is your favorite song/artist?
Shoot. I listen to a lot of different types of genres so this is extremely hard. I really LOVE Lady Antebellum, but I have also been a huge Coldplay fan since seventh grade. I like Kings of Leon, Britney Spears, Carrie Underwood, Zac Brown Band, Florence + The Machine, Ellie Goulding, ect. ect. But when it all comes down to the best song and artist to sing with your friends with the car windows down is Wagon Wheel by Old Crow Medicine Show.

[2] If you could only eat one thing/type of food for the rest of your life what would it be?
My grandmother's chicken n' dumplings. So yummy!

[3]When you were little what did you want to be when you grew up? And are you that today?
I wanted to be a veterinarian because I'm a huge animal lover, but then I found out that I'd have to put animals to sleep so I nipped that idea in the bud.

[4]What's your favorite vacation spot?
Florida. The beach and Disney World. Can't beat that.

[5] If you only had one day to live what would you do on your last day?
Probably a bunch of crazy stuff I'm afraid to do now, like skydiving and bungee jumping. I'd also want to swim with dolphins. Then at the end of the day throw a huge party and be with all the people I love.

[6] What's your favorite movie?
Lion King. Hakuna Matata.

[7] If you had to give up technology(phones, tv, computer) for a day, what would you spend the day doing?
Reading and going on a walk in the park with my bff Betsey. We have our best conversations and thinking there.

[8] What is your favorite place to shop?
Belk and Macy's.

[9] If you had an unlimited amount of money for a day or two, how would you spend it?
Buy both my parents a huge house, pay off my student loans, take my friends and family to Europe, go on a huge shopping spree, take an African safari, geez...the possibilities are endless.

[10]If you could go anywhere in the world where would you go and why? Would you take anyone with you?
Hmmm where do I not want to go? And I would take my friends and family with me.

[11] What is your favorite outfit? ( dress, jeans & tee, sweats, etc. etc.)
Sundresses and flip flops or wedges. I love feeling girlie and comfortable.

My questions for you!
I'm opening this up to anyone who feels like answering!

1.  What is your favorite TV addiction?
2. If you had one day to live, what would you do?
3. What has been your favorite day so far? What did you do and who were you with?
4. What is your dream job?
5. If you could only eat one kind of food for the rest of your life what would it be?
6. If you could hang out with one person for a whole day, dead or alive, who would it be?
7. If you could be any person (celebrity, athlete, ect.) who would it be and why?
8. What is one thing no one knows about you?
9. What are your biggest pet peeves?
10. What animal best describes you?
11. If you could visit one place in the whole world, where would it be?

Hope everyone had a great Sunday!

With Her Nose Stuck in a Book

Confession: I'm a bookworm.

Yup, that's right y'all now know that I'm a complete nerd. Remember how uncool it was to like reading in elementary school? Only the smart kids did that. I wasn't that smart, but I guess I was that uncool haha. Anyways, my Spring Break starts tonight after my night class, and I'm just going to spend a nice relaxing week at home, so I need y'alls help on fun books to read!

I have to finish reading Emily Giffin's Heart of the Matter, but after that I got nothing. I heard that Garth Stein's The Art of Racing in the Rain is good, but if any of you have read it I'd like to know what you think of it!

For those of you who need some suggestions, here are my top beach reads:

1. Redeeming Love by Francine Rivers
Ok, ok. so this isn't really a beach read, but I will suggest it to every single woman I meet. Yeah, it's that amazing!

2. Something Borrowed and Something Blue by Emily Giffin
You know the rule, the books are ALWAYS better than the movie! And these two are perfect beach reads!

3. Chasing Harry Winston by Lauren Weisberger
Yes, she wrote the Devil Wears Prada. Yes, this book is just as fabulous!

4. Firefly Lane by Kristin Hannah
Great life story of two best friends. Get ready to have some tissues handy.

5. The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins
If you haven't read them already, now is the time to do it! They're SO good and you'll want to read the book before the movie comes out March 23!

Any book suggestions you have for me? I would love to hear them!

Have a wonderful Thursday!

Colored Jeans

I know you've all seen it on Pinterest, blogs, and in stores, but I'm wondering how y'all feel about the colored jean trend.

I was a little iffy about it at first, and to be quite honest I wasn't sure if I could even pull them off. But I decided to give it a try today, and I got plenty of compliments about how cute I looked.  I guess you could say I've jumped on the colored jeans trend now haha. Here was my inspiration:

This is from J. Crew

(keep in mind this was taken at the end of the day haha)

I got the denim shirt and colored jeans at Marshalls and TJ Maxx (I'm a huge TJ Maxxer!) and then instead of leopard heels I wore leopard flats (please, like Im going to wear heels to walk all over campus!)

What do y'all think about the colored jean trend? Were you as on the fence about it as I was? and is it a do or don't in your opinion.

Disney Housewives

It's been a long day. I barely got any sleep last night because I had a test this morning, but I thought I'd share this video with you if you haven't seen it already. My friend Olivia posted it on my facebook wall and I thought it was absolutely hysterical. I probably think it's so funny because I love Real Housewives (except Atlanta) and Disney haha.

Here's the link: (I hope it works! sorry I'm a little technologically challenged haha)

I can't believe Lindsey Lohan is making a come back, but hey good for her.

And thank you for all your sweet comments about the painting! I was able to give it to her today and she loved it! I'm so flattered and also so thankful to have met such great blogger friends :)

Have a great Tuesday :)

Spring Cravings

You know those days when you are just sitting somewhere or doing something (in my case class) and then all the sudden you get a huge, and I mean HUGE, craving for something. Today was one of those days. I just could not stop thinking about... BANANA PUDDING!

Of course, right after class I made a quick trip to the grocery store. For those of you who have never made banana pudding it's super easy. All you need is Nilla Wafers, a vanilla pudding mix box (you can also use banana pudding mix, but I don't because I hate fake banana tasting stuff), bananas, and cool whip. Just make the pudding according to the box and top it off with bananas, Nilla Wafers, and cool whip. Easy peasy.

Definitely a spring food that hits the spot! Are there any foods that you crave during spring time?

Hope y'all had a wonderful Monday!

Good Crafternoon

I've had a very productive day today. I finished up two papers and even found some time to paint in between.

My great grand little saw the background of my phone one day and asked me if I could paint it for her (she even offered to pay me psshh like I would ever let her!). I was in the mood to paint last night, so I thought I'd surprise her with this the next time I see her:

I painted the First Impression pattern, but then thought it needed a little something else to give it some oomph, so of course, like all things that are in need of that little something, I monogrammed it. I did her monogram in gold and I think it turned out nice.

Now, all it needs is some pretty ribbon tied in a bow attached to it so she can hang it up. I hope she likes it!

Hope y'all have a fabulous Sunday!

It's Just Not Fair

I've been cooped up inside all day working on homework (papers, tests, and online quizzes, oh my!). Just so y'all know, I'm one of those strange people that has to have the TV on or music playing while I'm working or studying. Silence just drives me crazy!

Anywho, the movie Can't Buy Me Love came on (if you're not familiar with it, it's a cheesy 80s movie that Love Don't Cost a Thing was based on) and guess whose in it? Patrick Dempsey! But this isn't the Patrick Dempsey we all know and drool over, in fact, it's hard to even recognize him! because....

he's a NERD!!! wait....what? never thought I'd put his name and that adjective in the same sentence! How did this become this?

I'll tell you how. Men just become more attractive with age. While we're worrying about applying wrinkle cream, they can just let nature take it's course and overnight become a stud. It's just not fair.  Take the most recent example:

Cute little Neville Longbottom. He is precious. I just want to pinch his cheeks, but I would never go wow, he's going to be such a lady killer when he grows up. Well, guess what?

He is!

But then again, I guess this isn't completely unfair since we get to look at them haha :)

Have a great Saturday!
